Interesting bar ends
 

Saw these bars ends on a bike advertised for sale. A little different than the norm. The guy was selling it as a parts bike (mangled down tube).

Looks like they may have swapped left and right sides and aimed them vertical.

Doesn't look comfortable, or safe. I'd say there's a good you've never seen them before.

​It's crazy to me that someone would spend money to make their bike worse. See it in the automotive world all the time though, so it shouldn't come as much of a surprise to me.
