Saddle Pain

My behind is in a lot of pain while mountain biking. Is there anyway to combat this?

Sure a ton of ways.

Just as of note I am providing you with the same level of information you provided us. If you had come in saying I have a "insert bike here" with a "insert saddle here" and I typically ride in "insert clothing here" and I ride for "insert mileage here" and maybe also described the pain you are having it would actually give us something to go on.

Sorry about that what I m trying to say is I have a Marin Rock Spring 2 that I've had for almost 2 years and have only recently ridden it. It has the same saddle that it came with when I bought it. I where shorts with padding in it and it is hard to say how much I ride a trip because this is a old hobby that I have picked up literally a week ago. As for the pain; it is in there area you take a number two out of.

This is your main problem. Every single time after my winter cycling hiatus I have experienced pain after my first few rides. Keep going, it gets better. Difference for me is that I have 48 years of spring cycling experience
