My bike is a Cannondale and says Cannondale a bunch of times, everything else seems to have some name on it (bar, seat post, seat, components, etc...) doesn't really bother me. As for jerseys I have Cannondale and Specialized jerseys, only really have the bike company name, they fit well and it doesn't really bother me, shorts, gloves, helmets usually have a logo, again no big deal. About the only fancy jersey with ads is my Rails to Trails jersey and I'm glad to support and promote them.

my skewers say "SETTE" really big cuz I likes to impress the high-dolla roadies with my TREK helmet scratched off to say "I REK". 
Other than that, they're all gone, except I left my LBS sticker on, and so should you. I can understand not supporting cannondale or Hutchinson but you SHOULD be billboarding your faithful LBS, IMO.
