Turnabout is fair play

For all the times we've picked radial wire out of our tires, we get one back. :roflmao:

I am not going to laugh I drive a car too, a long with riding a bike.

flats suck for everyone. at one point in time I had a red solo cup filled with nails and screws and wire that I saw while riding and picked up. or walking in walmart, lowes, savemart, etc parking lots.

I wonder what happened to the cyclist who lost a skewer during a ride.

that looks like a skewer that had the nut unthreaded from it. There are other parts missing as well. Maybe someone couldn't figure out what to do and made the call of shame?

Kinda wonder what happened to the rest of the cyclist. Some trucker might be up in Canada by now picking the remains out of his grill and undercarriage. :twitchy:

Better (for the cyclist) than having a cyclist's femur stuck in your tire.

Yeah. A week after I bought my Subaru in 2016 a guy in a grocery store parking lot let me know I had something sticking in a tire. I was able to make it home but they tire eventually went flat. Fortunately, roadside assistance came to the house and was able to plug it.

I'm surprised they didn't make you replace all four tires with new ones. Must not have been official Subaru roadside assistance...

It was. They contract out the services to local outfits. The guy did say he wasn't suppose to plug the tire but rather just put on the spare.

:thumb: Sounds good to me; I've had good luck with plugs over the years.
