Looking for flat saddle
Any saddles that are flat from back to front? I've been trying a few saddles and have issues where you have a dip near the back middle of the saddle and it comes back up somwhwre near the nose.
Any saddles completely flat? I've usually have issue where it starts coming back up. The best I've found so far is the fizik antares. |

Sella Italia Turbo. They reissued the Turbo saddle a few years ago and I scooped up two of them. Been using this model on two of my bikes since 1985. Flat and frim. Works perfectly for me. Specialized also has a flat saddle as does Fiziks and Prologo. I forget the name of the Prologo model, but the one that came on the Caad10 was a good choice for a flat saddle.

I pickup a reissued Turbo woven saddle for about $25 at start of 2020 with about 5k miles on it now. |
The Specialized Toupe is their flat model.

Lots of flat saddles available.
A good bike shop will have a wide selection and often a very generous exchange policy. They know what a personal choice saddles are. |

Most Selle Italia racing saddles are fairly flat. They differ slightly in the rigidity or flexibility of the plastic/carbon fiber shell, padding thickness, and rails. But generally I like the Selle Italia and Selle San Marco racing saddles for road bikes.

Flat Saddle Possible Choice
You may want to check out: “FIZIK Antares Versus Evo 00 ADAPTIVE Saddle” ; pictured. It seems to be one of the most comfortable, light weight saddles that I have ever used; No butts about it, (sorry). Pictured is one for my trainer bike, to be installed tomorrow. Flatter than most. Note: Very pricey $$$.

Brooks C17 or C17-Carved. The carved version is the more comfortable of the two..to me at least.

That looks interesting. Have you tired the regular antares? It's been good for me, just having some issues on longer riders. Over 100km. That should be the same shape but the widths look different. I think mine is 143 but not sure

Have you tried the Fizik Arione? I personally prefer the Specialized Toupe and Fizik Vento Argo.
