Bianchi Infinito XE stem options

Hello all, first post here. Been lurking around in the search feature, but haven't found the answer I'm looking for. Got my eye on a Bianchi Infinito XE 105. The question i have is this: looking at the specs on the bike it states that the stem is a +/-7* stem, but I can't figure out how/if you can flip it with the oval shaped spacers on there. Does anyone here have that bike? Have you flipped/tried to flip the stem over? Do you have to use a totally different stem with different spacers?
Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

I don't think you can flip this. Probably will have to use a regular stem and some sort of spacer adapter or adjust spacers to your required stack height.

You beat me to it. I was just looking at that same picture.

The Infinitos I saw at my shop were the same way. I don't think it can be plus or minus both.
