I'd be surprised if OP actually had the clown horn. But if he did, I wouldn't be surprised that he put it on his "bike."

Does anyone actually have an Airzound? If you do, how many seconds of use can you get before it runs out of air?
I like the squeeze bulb, as it never runs out of air.
Do you think it is necessary to have high pressure to have a loud horn?
I don't have an Airzound, so I can't put them both together and compare them.
Near where I live in Australia, is a track with gentle down hill sections. Many cyclists go down this track at high speed. The squeeze bulb horn is useful, as you can warn people 200 meters ahead that you are coming.
If someone had both, they could have a friend stand 200 meters away, and listen to them. Their friend could then tell them how the sound level compares.

In reality, the best way to set up your bike is determined by how you use it. When using a bike in a different situation, I set it up differently.

For those interested, I will discuss the reality of these squeeze bulb air horns.
The vibrating part which makes the sound, breaks after about 6 months. You can cut a similar vibrating part from a child's toy, put it in the horn, and continue to use it. The sound mine makes is not that great, but it gets attention of those ahead.
The new horn in the picture above looks shiny. In time, these actually go rusty. You can still use them. After a number of years, it will probably have a rust hole completely through it.
If in years to come, it gets so rusty that it becomes no longer usable, I may look at making my own using PVC pipe fittings, or something else.

I have an Airzound, and continuous blast is closer to 40 seconds or a little more. It's been a while since I tested it (mine is about 10 years old). The nice thing about the Airzound is that it pumps up with a standard Schrader valve. I put air in it every time I put air in my tires, just to be sure.
I have never, even on long, full day rides with lots of idiots, used up the whole air reserve.

A clown horn you can hear from 200 meters is a pretty loud clown horn. Are these the kind of clown horns that real clowns use? I don't see how such a horn could be safe at children's parties. But I am a staunch advocate of children's hearing ... apparently unlike some Australians on this very unsafe and dangerous website.
