True axle to quick release conversion (Fulcrum Wheel)

I bought a new frameset and it comes with 10x135 quick release for the rear and thru axle for the fork. I want to use my current wheelset which is Fulcrum Racing 700. Front wheel fits perfectly but i need to convert the rear wheel to quick release. At the Fulcrum website it says....
REAR AXLE COMPATIBILITY: QR/HH12-142/HH12-135 (no skewers incl.)
Does anyone know how to convert my current setup which is 142x12mm to 135 QR?
Do i need a adapter, new end caps or as its stated its compatible for both these measurement the adapter is already at the wheel and all i need to do remove the adapter and it will be ready to use with quick release axle?

There must be replacement end caps. Finding them is a different matter.

You probably will have to swap the axle which might require special cone wrenches, axle vice, and proprietary tools

To save some time a gave it a try to this axle that i ordered yesterday just in case. This is suppose to hold the QR skewer. But i still dont know what to do with 142mm to 135mm conversion. I shouldnt fit because of the spacing difference, right?

Do i need to remove the current end caps and find a shorter end caps? Like this...

From what it looks like this converts the 135mm QR to 142 thru axle. I was hoping, naively, my wheel already comes with this adapter and removing it will fix my problem but probably it wont...
