Ode to the beach cruiser.
Driving through Compton yesterday.
Essentially a flat city.
Saw an old guy riding a beach cruiser. By appearance he did not seem to be a bike enthusiast. It looked like basic transportation.
My ode to the beach cruiser. Seems the only stone simple bike to be bought in every store that sells bikes. At least in adult size.
This one had no gears. No “gimmick shocks”. Just a coaster brake and big tires.
I prefer freewheels, but this is perfect transportation for a flat city.

The beach cruiser is the number 1 bike in the hood. The 2wheel equivalent to the 80s G and B body.
