Elastic Netting to cover whole bike?
 

I carry my bike on a platform rack behind my car on long trips. I have a bike cover from "Pro" but it flaps around in the wind and is distracting. I saw a guy with the same kind of setup as me only he had a large elastic netting - like a cargo net - that he put over the bike cover and it greatly reduced the cover flapping in the wind.

I'd done searching here and online and just can't seem to find the right search wording that would get me close to something like that. Do any of you folks know where I can get something like that?

could it have just been a cargo net cover? or was it bike shaped? i could also see something like that as useful to prevent scratches when parked in the garage.

Yes, that's what I'm looking for. When I searched cargo nets I just found little nets for the rear bike rack on a bike.

Or go around the bike in its cover a couple times with a role of some easily removable gaffer tape?
