Sorry, i don't know if this is the right place to put this thread in. Im looking for a starter bike and found this. Is it worth it to buy? what is it worth?

In former times, $125 would have been fair. Now, with worldwide panic and lines of supply broken, $200 would be understandable.

None. Take it to a competent mechanic. Have him check hub bearings, true rims, and adjust the brake calipers. Of course, shifting as well. Get the saddle height correct before you leave. That's a good investment.
Then begin to ride it. Pay attention to your hand position, and then rotate the controls to suit a comfortable grip, braking and shifting.

as they all noted, ride it the way it is... then resell or hand over to a local bike recycler...
DO check that the frame size is within what fits you (looks as if this is a smaller frame size). If you're tall, this may not work, if the saddle height can't be set where you need it...
... a saddle bag which can fit some tire levers, basic emergency tools (mostly allen/hex wrenches) and a spare tube. maybe enough space for holding some cash and hand wipes...
$200 max - there are plenty others out there...

Looks like this. Nice entry level bike. $200 or under would be fine if it fits you.
