Fine for a starter bike. I would consider it a lower end bike but better than anything you'll find in Walmart. Maybe $200 max?

In former times, $125 would have been fair. Now, with worldwide panic and lines of supply broken, $200 would be understandable.

Yup, near me maybe 150 originally, and at least 200 now

None. Take it to a competent mechanic. Have him check hub bearings, true rims, and adjust the brake calipers. Of course, shifting as well. Get the saddle height correct before you leave. That's a good investment.

Then begin to ride it. Pay attention to your hand position, and then rotate the controls to suit a comfortable grip, braking and shifting.

as they all noted, ride it the way it is... then resell or hand over to a local bike recycler...

DO check that the frame size is within what fits you (looks as if this is a smaller frame size). If you're tall, this may not work, if the saddle height can't be set where you need it...
... a saddle bag which can fit some tire levers, basic emergency tools (mostly allen/hex wrenches) and a spare tube. maybe enough space for holding some cash and hand wipes...
$200 max - there are plenty others out there...
Thx
Yuri

Looks like this. Nice entry level bike. $200 or under would be fine if it fits you.
Apollo Trace 10 (2015) Specs
