Ive read about the company and can confidently say this is from no earlier than 1990(the company wasnt around before then) and almost for sure no later than 1999(based on the headset).
I would guess 1993, but who knows.

The Zero Tre tubing used was the 3rd level of Zero tubing. It went Zero, Zero Uno, and Zero Tre.
