Bike gore.

I wanna see what images you have of "bike gore" or bikes that make you want to puke. No making fun of other member's bikes. No gatekeeping or bullying either.

I will start.

I'd kinda like to see someone actually riding that thing.

I suppose the first cyclist offered a ride with aero bars felt the same way: "You first."

Apparently the guy is a messenger in Chicago. They say he rides very fast.

The main thing I was thinking about is either botched modifications and repairs along with extreme abuse or neglect on a bike.

Then how is this a failed modification? I am surprised there's still a bike messenger in Chicago at this point, though.

From local classifieds. "Good condition, €100"

Funny enough, soon after I saw this one of the suspension fork manufacturers (can't remeber which one) came out with a new model that looked a whole lot like this.

Edit: found it. https://bikerumor.com/2021/09/01/int...ra-head-angle/

TBH, when I see a bodge like that, I'm curious if it works for the rider. I like it when people adapt things for their own use.

I spent a night at Taconic State Park-Copake during a tour last month.

Is the fork backwards? Looks like my desk - very cluttered!

Oh, sorry, I forgot the title of the thread. In bad taste, but slightly amusing.

I was unaware of the context of the photo. Now that I know it is tragic, I agree it is in poor taste. I have deleted my post. If you delete your reply the image will be gone.
