UPDATE 7/30 - temp was lower, (lo 80's) but tried my new Halo II (Halo I needs to be tied, Halo II is a 'wrap-around') WoW - I'm impressed. They are thin, and don't soak up the sweat. I still need to wipe the sweat off, but it no longer gets in eyes. Halo II and the Atmos helmet sure make a BIG difference.
Thanks all for the input!!!!!

Only the 90's, you are lucky. It's been in the 100's here for the last month.

Did you guys catch that heatwave a few days ago? That was literally DANGEROUS, with the temp at 100 WITHOUT the heat index. I work construction, and commute by bike, so I was out in it. I started noticing my favorite shirts were getting looser. I weighed myself and found that I'd lost ten or fifteen pounds in the last couple weeks. Had to be the heat. Of course, I lose my appetite when it's extremely hot like that.

I agree. I used my Halo II for the first time this past weekend. Just a short 25 mile ride, but temps were probably around 90 degrees and I was sweating hard. The headband did the job. Some sweat absorbed by the padding in my helmet eventually cascaded down my forehead, but since the Halo II wasn't designed to prevent that, I don't fault the product. I will probably pick up the skullcap--maybe that will wick away some of the helmet absorbed sweat.

Halo II resulted in a ~90% reduction of sweat pouring down my face. Great product, fast delivery, and only ~$16 with shipping. Two big thumbs up.
