I installed and used Dura Ace Di2 on several bikes. My opinion of it is that you couldn't possibly get better shifting. But also I don't see any particular need for it. Properly set up manual shifting is fine. It just takes a bit more messing with to keep it quiet.

But looking on Ebay there are a great many Campagnolo EPS components. Now in my experience this normally means that people were not satisfied with them and want to change.

Has anyone tried the Record EPS and what did they think about it?

Not sure that I agree with your premise that there's a "great many" EPS components on eBay, or that this is indicative of any dissatisfaction. A quick eBay search using "Campagnolo EPS" yielded ~603 items. A search using "Shimano Di2" yielded 2700+. I don't think either number means anything. I agree that Di2 is pretty much the standard for electronic shifting, but those I know (a few) who use EPS seem pretty happy with it.

Same I know people who have run EPS just fine and loved it enough to keep it for years and probably they still have it. Ebay is not a good indicator of anything other than there are people out there that sell stuff and others who might buy it and there is someone behind those scenes also making money.

Campagnolo these days is going to be a more niche market, they still make excellent components and aren't going anywhere but they don't have the hold they once had and especially since their market is narrowed to mostly road and a little gravel they are missing out on a big segment of cycling. Some flat bar stuff and some mountain bike stuff would be cool to see from them (again) and maybe even some integration with e-bikes could be cool but time will tell.

I'm very happy with 2X AXS eTap. Functions perfectly and super easy installation. Haven't done all eBay survey, but can't imagine why anyone would make customer satisfaction assumptions based on that.

I see a lot of Specialized and Treks for sale - that doesn't mean the owners weren't satisfied with them.
