I was looking for the serial numbers but I couldn’t find them (I heard the higher the number the less likely it is to explode)

I ride tubular tires on my Ciocc singlespeed here in NYC. It’s easy to carry a folded spare tire, and I really don’t get all the hand-wringing over the work and expense. They ride really well and I very rarely flat using Vittoria Rubino Pro G+ 25mm tires on Ambosio Nemesis rims.

When I had a custom frame built a few years ago, I briefly considered having my name put on the top tube. Then I realized that would make it harder for my wife to sell the bike after my demise, so I skipped it.

Is that a known problem with these Spinergy wheels? Typically it's the threaded 10mm axles that have a tendency to bend and break. The sealed bearing hubs with oversized smooth axles (Phil Wood, Mavic 550, etc) generally do not have this issue. The Spinergy hubs look to be the latter type.
