Specialized Future Shock version 2

Can a 2019 Diverge with version 1 (non-adjustable) be upgraded to the new version 2?

As far as I know, yes. I have a 2019 Sirrus X Carbon, on which FS 1.0 was stock. Defective out of the box, it was changed to FS 2.0 (not 1.5) -- the hydraulically-damped version w/dial etc. No issues at all. Don't see why a 2019 Diverge would be any different.

A couple years ago there was much discussion about this, but the fact remains that Specialized obviously condoned this switch -- it was done under warranty -- even if some Specialized dealers at the time were saying 'no' etc.

Yes I have done it. No problems whatsoever.
