I think you should contact the manufacturer and find out for sure...I've only used Avid and Shimano so I am not familiar with any other brands

That's the whole point. The arrow is pointing the wrong way on the side it has been printed.

Avid, Shimano, SRAM, Campag rotors all have the arrow facing the same way. Maybe they are all wrong and the brand I've never heard of has it right, lol

I know you said it tongue in cheek...but I highly doubt that all the well known brands had it wrong all these years. If anything it's probably the lesser known brands that have made a mistake, or maybe they are just designed to be installed differently, I don't know, I've never even heard of this particular brand of bike rotors until OP posted it.

Park Tool website has a page on disc brake rotors installation, OP should check it out.

Here’s a wild thought. How about contacting the manufacturer since their primary concern is liability?

I was bored so I did a bit of digging and found that discs are mounted with spiral spokes leading so that the thermal tensile stress from expansion of the outer part of the disc relative to the hub is balanced out by the compressive stress on the spokes. Makes sense, but probably not a critical safety issue.
