Tour de France Diet!

Hello All,

Well due to a slight misquote from a Houston Chronicle photographer, it seems I have just invented the "Tour de France Diet!" I was visiting the Bike Barn on Kirby in Houston on Monday to get help being fitted to my 2100 and the reporter asked if we (me and the manager) minded if he hung around, asked questions and took pictures....

Well I *should* market that diet...it's really simple: Eat less and ride the bike more... :-)

What I actually said to the reporter was something to the effect: Watching the Tour de France has inspired me to go on a diet (and spend more time on the bike).

Hey folks, a quick status update.. At the beginning of my new exercise routine, which coincided with the start of the Tour de France, I had a measured body fat percentage of just under 20%. I'm happy to report that, as of today, I'm at a solid 13% body fat.

This bicycling stuff is really paying off! :-)
