Are you looking for a twin crown fork like this: https://www.clandestine.cc/twin-plat...er-fork-crown/
Or are you looking for something like this: https://ridefox.com/collections/fox-40

A twin crown fork is easy to get made from a custom builder but a double crown DH fork is going to be a bit tougher with cantilever brakes in any sort of quality.

In the future you should actually give us more info so people can help you better.

Search under "bi plane fork".

It would be a downhill fork for downhill racing. If you want a bi-plane fork a lot of custom builders can make one so go for it. I probably wouldn't recommend something random built by who knows from some online sellers on some platform but Champman cycles comes to mind pretty quick for that but I know there are others. Maybe Crust did something as well I cannot fully recall at this point but I know they exist and have seen builders advertise their forks.

Unless you're building a mega-bucks bike with cost no object, ebay or Craigslist should yield what you need (as above). Sometimes Rivendell has extra forks fo sale.

They are looking for a particular style that's not exactly the current style. There are probably some still being made in small quantities, but not as expensive as custom. I thought Crust had one, but their canti fork doesn't have a twin plate crown. They do have a cast replica of a twin plate crown which they use on their disc fork, and similar cast crowns are available from the Asian frame parts casting companies. I imagine Maxway makes this style fork for somebody, but it's niche product and finding the right one is going to require searching.

The other thing OP needs to establish is the desired axle-crown measurement.

oddly enough, and i still blush at the flattery but question the likenesses, a lady walking her dog hollered out to me "hey, is that a Chris Chapman bike?"

i ride a Surly LHT, 2013 vintage, removed the decals, added fenders, et cetera, so i don't know her point of reference.

but it did warm my inner self.

footnote: thanks for the Crust suggestions. never heard of this company. they have lots of nice goodies including MKS pedals modified for more foot area. this is a malady which i tend to suffer after a ride. more to that story in another thread later!
