O'reilly's is a rebranded Power Torque. It is the same ratchet.

Snap-On is what I got and that thing is super nice!

Years, decades actually, ago, I was riding along and found a lovely Craftsman 3/8" ratchet handle lying in the road. It had been run over and the little direction changing lever was broken off. Unfortunately, I picked it up and took it into a Sears. The nice lady behind the counter said not a word, but reached down and handed me a brand new one. Since then it has cost me hundreds of dollars to buy all of the sockets, SAE, metric, standard, deep, etc. individually. I would have been better off to keep riding and buy a complete set at a Memorial Day sale.

Looks similar to what I got about 1 year back:

With a set of JIS hex bits:

You can then shrink wrap an emergency package for the saddle bag
