Flatbar Domane
They work! The roads finally thawed enough to get out and try the new conversion.I really liked the feel of the new bars.Got in eight miles this morning and no complaints.

I like the idea of using road brifters mounted sideways. Seems a lot cleaner than trying to make MTB controls work with a road drivetrain

Funny, I just did a flat bar conversion on this Domane+ (electric). Haven’t given it a proper test ride yet though.

Thanks. Going to see if a local shop has them to test out. Been thinking of going this route on my touring bikes.

Also,do you have plugs in the ends of the bars? You should. i have a crescent scar on my forehead from an unplugged bar. |
