I can ride again
 

After being grounded for a month I was cleared to ride today. I rode a slow 10.6km (25kmph avg). I feel so good about being able to ride again ;) .

So, "Ride Safe!" It hurts not to be on bike when you've been used to riding.

Glad to hear you're back in the saddle. Think I strained my arm/hand on my right side on my short Tuesday right and it's buggin the hell out of me for the last two days. Hopefully it'll calm down by tonight or at the very latest tomorrow evening. I have a full weekend of riding ahead of me and I'm not going to slow down dang it! :)

Congrats. I would go crazy being cooped up for a month.
