ASSOS Bibs

I am contemplating buying these bibs, however for $159.00, they have got to be good. Does anyone have these? What do you think?

Netso,

These are very comfy bibs, but I have to admit, I recently got a deal on a couple pairs of Campy bibs and they are significantly more comfortable, at a significantly lower price. AFAICT, it is because they fit me better than the Assos. Maybe bib comfort is like saddle comfort- every butt is unique.

Every once in awhile there are sales on the Assos bibs. They are great bibs and even better when they are (relatively) cheap. Texas Cycle Sport had the most recent sale. Sometimes Colorado Cyclist or CBike, but the best prices are offshore in the UK or some of the Italian websites. Of course this (foreign sites) brings up other questions like security, import duties, shipping...you get the idea
