Online Retailer Returns...
When you make a purchase online and there is a problem with the order that is the fault of the retailer e.g. they sent you the wront thing, it's defective etc. who is supposed to pay for the return postage?

They (the online retailer) do.
I have returned only two items online (actually one). The first time, the retailer gave me their FedEx account number for returns, to write in the forms. The other time, the retailer just told me to keep the part and they'll send me a new one.
