Who's still here?

Who's been a member the longest that is still posting on a current basis. I've been here a long time since 3-7-00, and I've seen (read) a lot of people come and go. It's nice to see (read) from those who stick around, and of course it's great to share in the excitement the newbies bring.

I guess I'm just reminising a little, I must say congratulations and Kudos to Joe (the first member of course!).

I miss hearing from some that have moved elsewhere, and wish one or two would. Take the good with the bad!

I am still here, and I have been around before the date listed. I don't know why it changed********** I have been here since about May/June 2001. I have been addicted since. In fact I am doing this at work.....

I have been here since May of 2001. Although I do not post much I visit the site many times a day. There are a lot of people here who can give better answers than I can.

I'm still here.
Have been since 01-22-01.

I too miss some of the "old timers" who don't stop by to visit with us any more - like JonR, Cambronne, and Ba-Dg-Er, just to mention a few.

I've been here since 5-11-2001, and have enjoyed every minute of it. I too miss Cambrone, JonR, and Ba-Dg-Er... Hopefully they are just spending more time on the bike and less on the computer. Thanks all of you for the encouragement and info...and thanks especially to our BikeForums webmeister Joe Gardner!!!

Ditto, Alphageek. Every once in a while a new post turns up from ba-dg-er, but the post count is way low (I think he was the first to break 1000).

Apparently, I've been around since 10/2000, and they haven't gotten rid of me yet.

I have been here since um.....well we got our computer at the end of the year in 1999, and I am sure that I was registered around then. I remember being at bikeforums in 6th grade, but then right around christmas of 2000 you had to switch servers or something and I remember having to register again. Correct me if i'm wrong joe

Allister's been pretty quiet on the bike-oz list lately too. Maybe you could PM him or something.

I've been here since 14 April 2000. I don't have the time to post as often as I once did, but I still turn up every so-often.

Yup, had a big crash in 2000, lost ~1000 members... and tens of thousands of posts.

I consider myself an old timer. I came over from Bicycleforum.com when it went down. I can't remember when that was, but it was before the 24 Jan 01 register date showing on my profile. I was here during the big 2000 crash.

Posting frequency is slowing down, but I check the New posts daily to see if my input can be of use or offer encouragement. We have so many knowledgeable members that adding another post to confirm what has already been said, seems pointless, and redundant to the extreme.

I've been around for a good long while. When I first joined I rarely posted, then I had a time where I didn't at all. But, for the past year or so, I've been a regular poster.

I still remember my first post.

The replys ranged from extremely kind to extremely rude but I stuck it out!

Happy I did.

Good to see some of the original's still around. I can remember when the post amounts per day were no where close to what it is now. It is cool to see the amount now.

This is true.

The only words that will last are those of encouragement.
