According to my math, 60cm per second is about 1.34 mile per hour.

I knew some boy scouts who could ride that slow (and they weren't even trying to at the time :)), dont' think they could ride that slow on a balance beam though.

Giving a consideration to the difference in scale, it's about 4.8 miles per hour, Based on average person 180cm instead of the height of robot 50cm.
