Coolmax HFS Padded Shorts Leaking!?!?

I have a pair of Inmotion Rock shorts that I wear for bike commuting. They are about 2 or 3 years old. When I got home from work today, I noticed the right rear side had a large oil type stain on it. It is oderless but oily. When I checked further, I notice a tag on the inside said that the shorts have a Coolmax HFS pad in them. I think it burst, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I have searched the web trying to figure out what is in an HFS pad, and I haven't been able to figure that out either. Does anyone know what my shorts might be covered with??

Innovative Filling Technologies (IFT) is the developer and manufacturer of the latest in comfort padding systems for use in a wide range of consumer and industrial products. Its proprietary HFS (Hydrodynamic Flotation System) liquid padding dramatically improves comfort through the elimination of friction (shear forces), reduction of pressure, and absorption of shock.
