Rough frame size

What would roughly be the road bike size (c-to-c) for someone about 5'6" or 5'7"?

Depends on the arms/trunk/legs God gave you, but somewhere in the 50 cm to 54 cm range. Go to a bike shop & try out a few. Maybe rent one you think is the right size. After a few days, when you get stretched out a bit it may seem to small. Don
