Let see them try to bunny hop one of those things. That is worse that the Triike, or whatever they call those things.

Variations of this have existed for decades. The only time you see more than one or two is when some renatl place trys them. They seem to do OK as a gimic for a while, but that is about all.

The natural stair climbing motion is comfortable and provides a more rigorous workout than a conventional bicycle.
A more rigourous workout than a bike? I can see that going over big most folks thing a bike is too rigourous. And you can't sit down.
Anyway a bike is as rigourous as you want to make it.

Nope, I still like this one better.

I really want to know what happens to this one in the winter when you don't want to go outside. Can you put it on a giant treadmill and still ride?
