Homework assignment = aerobic activity
Today in my Kinesiology lab we all went running ... or actually walking briskly, then jogging a bit, then walking briskly, then jogging, etc. for 40 minutes.
When we were done, my instructor announced our homework assignment: do aerobic exercise 3-4 times before next week's class. Her definition of aerobic exercise is any activity that will keep our heart rates between 60% and 80% of max for more than 20 minutes at a time, and preferably for anywhere from 30-60 minutes. And she gave running, cycling, and rollerblading as examples. So guess what .... my homework is to ride my bicycle!!!! :D That'll solve my "it's been a week since I rode my bicycle" issue ... IF I can actually find 30+ minutes 3-4 times in the next week to ride my bicycle. |
Man, I wish I got assignments like that, but as a music major we're generally not encouraged to go places like "outside".

This so beats my homeworks. Now back to banging my head on the desk, err I mean writting proofs about CBC encryption.

I think you qualify for extra credit. :)
