I was just wondering why there is not a forum for Wheelchair Racers. I regularly ride through Piedmont Park in Atlanta and notice the racers occasionally. These guys are serious about their sport. I consider these guys cyclists. Am I wrong?

Fine, I'll say it.
Probably because this is BikeForums and not WheelchairForums.
No crank, no bike. Now there are hand cranked "bikes" that would fit the definition, but what you're showing in your picture doesn't cut it.
I'm not taking anything awy from the athletes in question, but that's not a "bike" even by the liberal standards we have here

Nice chair, but it looks like it may be heavy.

On a similar note, I was asked to be on a wheelchair basketball team. It was too soon after my dialysis, and I did not have the strength yet. It would have been fun to try out one of those high dollar Quikee wheelchairs.
