rollers + stabilizer for rehab ?
Have you used the stablizer?
I have rollers and wondered if I'm risking knee injury (ACL reconstruction next week) by using rollers with the stabilizer? Is it all that, uhh, stable?

Have you already talked to your physical therapist about what you're going to do following surgery?
The biking I did in rehab seemed to be aimed at building up some strength since the muscles deteriorated significantly following the injury. Activities moved over to more weight bearing exercises quickly though.
I imagine most of your therapy will consist of step-ups on blocks of varying heights. Also look forward to electrically convulsing the muscles above your knee.
