Though Blackburn is now a subsidiary of Bell sports, and some have dissed the line since that takeover, I've had nothing but good support from these folks.

My first decent pump was in service for several years when the guage failed. I sent them an e-mail and they replied that that model was no longer in production. Send it back, they said, so we can examine it, and we'll give you a new one.
Sure enough, a brand new TP-3 arrived a few days later, which has been in use ever since.

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the rubber seal on the Presta side was getting a little loose (it's about 5 years old), so I checked the site again....Sure enough, no more TP-3.

I sent 'em an inquirey about a new seal, and within 3 days got the entire rebuild kit to re-do both presta and schraeder sides of the head, no charge.

Have used blackburn pumps for years, and my only problem is that I never had to take advantage of any warranty deal. I keep losing them somewhere in the mud up on our hills, or the last one got bent when I fell off on a gnarly downhill. Bit upset about that one as it was the big volume mammoth pump, and was unable to find areplacement quick enouth. Had to settle for a plastic version, Blackburn again, and I had my doubts, 3 years later and I am still wondering when it is going to fail.

I broke the mount to my Kamikazi pump. I checked all over but couldn't find a replacement, so I ended up buying a Topeak. I hated it. I emailed Blackburn and asked if they stocked any replacement mounts for my Kamikazi. I got an email back asking my address. New mount no charge!
