does any one know if there is a lube or something i can put in my aluminum seat-tube so that my carbon seatpost doesn't get frozen again?

My carbon post was frozen and I took it to my LBS. The guy there unfroze it with one semi-violent jerk on the seat and then put some grease on it. I don't know what sort it was but it was out of the bucket so I assume they use it for everything.

If you don't get a reply here check with your LBS.

The common wisdom is that you are not supposed to use a petroleum-based grease on CF because it can break down the plastic. I have not heard of any lubricants that are made just for CF.
