4 hours of volunteer hard labour, including hauling major weight down flights of stairs.
Many stairs, maybe a few too many trips. Good cause, crackbuilding to low cost family housing\community center.
Not my area, bike past it daily.
You want really strong legs, weight up and down stairs. I'm NOT in as good shape as I thought....
Winter blows.
A few more v-work days and I'll have those 'legs of steel'.

222' hurts to sit down. Tough guy.

Yup. I know it. I've got a 3-level townhouse, so I know stairs. Doesn't matter how much you bike, run up and down those stairs 3 or 4 times and you start to feel it. Carry heavy objects up and down for 4 hours... yeah I can feel your pain :-).

wht i do, i on my way home from most places in town there are 2 sets of stairs, 1 set is 150 stairs, and the next one is 104 stairs. I can bike up the 150 with my mountain bike, but its to icey right now for my little tires, so i put my bike on my back and jog up to the top. its pretty tough, but ive been doin it for a while, so im getting good. the 104 is harder to bike though, cause its pretty much straight up. ive only made it half way.

At 16 - 17 calories burned per flight without a load, you got in a good work out.
