HELP!!! threadless stems

i just bought a new track frame with a threadless fork and im having trouble locating a threadless quill style looking stem like in this picture http://www.trackstarnyc.com/web2/nac...%20-%20064.jpg does anyone know where i can purchase such a stem???

Looks like a threadless riser stem flipped over to me. Link is malformed, though.
