Hey just watched a video podcast. Its called Singletrack podcast. Its a video podcast and in episode 2 it has how to take your tire off without tire levers. It says it is explicit if that concerns you, not sure why it is , i think it is british so they might say buggar or something that us americans wouldnt understand as bad. Haven't tried it myself but in the video it didnt look too hard (taking your tire off) Another good biking podcast is Gear noise. Anyone know any other good ones?

if you have itunes windows/mac and go to music store then look under inside the music store you will see PODCAST click on that you will see a search bar type in mountain bike and you will get quite a few.
