So....no one else for Reston this year, eh!
Still planning to ride.
Don't know if I'll do the metric or the century or something in between. Will see how hot the weather is and how I feel at the Hamilton rest stop.
Try for a 7am start. Get back before the pizza is all gone.

Family supports the Asthma Ride in Carroll County, MD, the same weekend. We ride their spring ride and volunteer the fall ride, so I haven't done the Reston century.

Hey CC. Did you do it? I ended up doing the metric. Almost threw in my own loop up Loyalty to include Taylorstown and Stumptown to break the boredom, but my CC ride partner drove us there and he would have had to wait for me. I had a wisdom tooth issue and was eager to get home to a bottle of ibuprofen anyway. Ended up getting two wisdom teeth yanked on Tuesday. What fun! How'd it go for you?

Hey, RtR. Congrats.
Decided day-of that century was too much and metric was not enough. Did 83 miles, a 4/5 century. Followed the main route a little past Round Hill, then short cut back to Purcelville on Alder School Rd. and picked up the metric route.
Summary in a separate thead https://www.bikeforums.net/general-cycling-discussion/223285-reston-century-update.html
Full report will be on my live joural site, same name as my user name here.
