Sturdy, long-lasting new wheel/coaster brake recommendations please?

Greetings from New Mexico!
Have a cheap cruiser bike with a WE electric motor on it for windy Spring days out here (up to 40/50 mph winds).
Rear wheel is showing first signs of failing in coaster brake chamber.
I'm looking for a sturdy wheel coaster brake combo.
I'm thinking about Worksman but am wondering if there's such a thing as an economical sturdy wheel.
Any suggestions?
Bliss!

Most rear wheels with coaster brakes are made for inexpensive bikes and are built accordingly. The rear wheels supplied with Trek cruiser models appear to be better than most...you might want to talk with a Trek dealer.
