Messing about in the traffic

Not sure if this is the right section to post this but here goes.
A few years back I saw on TV a program about a group of guys, in San Francisco maybe, who basically messed about in the traffic on their bikes. I mean like grabing hold of trucks and cars and getting towed along. Looked like a blast although not for the faint hearted.
Has anyone else seen or heard of these guys?
I'm sure there are people all over like this.
Anyone know of any websites worth a look ?

I've seen a couple of videos this week of stupid bike tricks.

These will get you to them.

I think that was a program about bike couriers... its funny, but I remember seeing the same program, and I couldn't have been more than 12-15 at the time. Seems like it was a primetime news show?

Heres the most frequently brought up video archive of crazy messengers:

I have seen that show too. As I recall they were all wearing motorcycle body protection. I wouldn't try that unless I was wearing protection. Also they were in New York where traffic moves very slow, so it's safer than doing it in traffic-free conditions where speeds could exceed 50mph.

The closest thing I did is weaving between slow moving cars going downhill, I did this heading dowwards on Clifton hill in Niagara Falls (Canada side). It was awesomely thrilling, I'm planning on doing it again.
