Awsome dalmation riding a bike

Saw this on google videos. Thought others might find this interesting:

I guess all he needs now are some clipless pedals, and a helmet and he's good to go.

I saw a picture of this in the past, but I never saw the video clip. He's cheating though. He has training wheels.

Hahaha, that is great! I wonder if he's got a can of pepper spray in case people start chasing him.

I guess I was so enthralled that the dog could manage to pedal, I didn't even consider that the training wheels might detract from it.
That's like that line from the Simpsons:

Marge: I'm worried about the kids, Homey. Lisa's becoming very obsessive. This morning I caught her trying to dissect her own raincoat.
Homer: I know. And this perpetual-motion machine she made today is a joke. It just keeps going faster and faster.
. . .
Homer: In this house, we obey the laws of thermodynamics.

That dog has severe powerloss at 12 and 6 o'clock, he needs to do some one-legged drills.

This is bad, but what if he went down hill? I mean, it doesn't look like he'd have an way to stop, other than gravity and friction. I don't think he'd be able to backpedal strongly enough to actually engage the brakeing mechanism. I'm totally an animal lover (2 cats, 1 dog) but I got a little chuckle thinking about this dog going down a 10% grade and frantically trying to stop, wile e. cyote style
