Catchy Bike names?

Hey, I'm working on a project where I am building onto an old bike frame. During this process I plan on stripping and repainting the frame with a new "cool" name and new decals.

My Idea for a name down the tubes was "Xtra Ooomph" which my brother shot down.

Just wondering if any of you creative types can help me out with a name?

So any ideas on an original one, or maybe you can share ones you have used yourselves?

Have a good one.

Steve

My son's name is Lucas. San Lucas (or St. Luke) is often represented by a winged ox and I always thought "Winged Ox" would be a great name for a touring or commuter bike.

I also like bird names and there are lots of examples already (Hummingbird, Kestrel, Heron, Ibis) so it might be hard to come up with a new one.

And I always thought that if I could build my own road bikes, I'd have a whole line of them that mean Let's Go!: Allez, Venga, Poyekhali, etc.

I call my Giant ATX 1200 "John Dillinger". My friends tell me its not good to ride a guy, and I'm inclined to agree. Looks like I need a new name too.

Paint it pink with the word "barbie" on it. Also throw on a few tassles and a neato pink front basket

I like the name Celeste...

But not for a Bianchi, as it would just be redundant.

Then there is one I thought of for my Schwinn, but it would fit other bikes... Sue Bourbon

Xena would be nice too.

"der fliegende Engländer"

Never thought of a name before but this occurred to me for my old Raleigh: The Flying Englishman.

Maybe instead something in English, using the color (coffee/copper) or the steel frame or the antiquity of the bicycle and its rider.

what's the style of the bike, old roadie, mountain bike, tourer, cruiser? that would help with my reasonably priced consultation. also, what's your personality? whimsical, eatbeerbottles tough guy, like puppy dogs and long walks on the beach, druggie?

I like Surlys names, like Instigator, Pugsley, etc.

Why not call it "your message here." That would look interesting on a down tube.

My Surly1x1 = Bigfoot
My fixed gear conversion = I had named her Grace in regards to Johnny Blaze's motorcycle. When I painted it neon green, my friends decided a change of names was needed. Its now "The Hulk".

How about "Drahtesel"? German slang for a bike, translates to "Wire Donkey"!

My bikes are called Quicksilver and Blackberry Tart. You might guess that the first one is silver and the second one is black. "Tart" is actually an abbreviation for Toronto-Area Rapid Transit. (I thought of calling it The Black Pearl, but realized in time that the captain of that ship is a dead man, and we don't want that! )

How about:

This side up
No Step
This tube intentionally left blank
Do not use as a floatation device
This bike is equipped with LoJack anti theft locator device
Smile, you're on Candid Camera
Do not use heavy machinery while operating this bicycle
If you can't see this line... put the dam seat back on
Warning! Anti theft seat impalment device is activated
If you can read this... you're too frikken close

Sorry, it's late, my legs are stiff and I can't sleep. This is what I usually come up with under such conditions.
