exchange problems
Hi im new to this site and im hoping I can get some help, I recently bout a bike from hallfords and I rid it about two times Intel my front wheel came off while I was braking and I fell, the pin had came lose or it had broke and I scratched all the paint work off the forks from the fall, I tried to find the pin but I had no Luke, it was getting to dark to see and I had no lights so I had to walk all the back home :-( (I only had this bike for three days) I brought it back the next day really hoping to get a exchange or a refund, but I needed the pin which came off so they could send it off to see what happened, so I looked and looked for the bugger again but I had no Luke in finding it, the manger said he would put the pin back on for a favour and he could not fix the scratch on the forks :-( and he said if I complained about it he would not fit the pin on which does not bother me if I can get throw with the compliant (it would have been a different story if I had broke my neck!). I spent all my money on this thing and im not happy what the hell should I do?
