Where are you located?
There are surely quality frame builders in many locations, and if you choose someone relatively local, you can go see the uilder's work.
I have never ridden one, but Rich Adams in Wilkes-Barre builds some sweet looking frames.
EDIT: After rereading your post, and checking your signature links, are you asking if buyers/riders have suggestions for you as a frame builder???
