Muscle Injuries
I would like feedback on how, others have recuperated from injuries involving the leg muscles?

Do you know the cause of the stress fracture? Hopefully some activity other than cycling...

I think by RICE Koffee means:
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation.
...before you take off to your local Chinese or Indian takeout...

Acronyms..gotta love 'em.
Reminds me of an incident back in the 70's...a reporter was interviewing a local marathon runner that was going to the Olympics. It was "live at five" on the news.
Reporter: "So, how do you train for these long races?"
Runner: "Well, I do a lot of LSD."
The look of shock on the reporter's face was priceless, not knowing what to say next.
Of course, any runner knows that LSD means Long Steady Distance!

Well that was my era..guess the ol' memory isn't what it used to be.
But it's still a good story!
