tire pump

Back in the 80's my only choice was a frame mounted pump. Now they have mini pumps and co2 inflators.

So, I need to get pump. Any advice? Wacking dogs hasn't been an issue for a long time :)

Topeak Road Morph. Fairly compact, foot peg, folding handle, guage, easy to use, and Topeak service. Enough said.

I recently got an Innovation Second Wind MTB. Combo hand pump & CO2, compact enough to go in my saddle bag.

I have a compact pump - its hard work to get 80 psi. Enough to get me home. I dont get lots of flats, so it doesnt bother me, but if I didnt have it I would get the road Morph.

How does the Morph attach to the bike? Velcro straps or to one of the bottle mounts? I've seen both for pump mounts.

It's a single strap. I've kept mine on the seat tube and on the top tube. I'd have left it on the top tube if not for my bike rack. I've got an older mountain morph on my mountain bike and it's been good to me as well, though I like the road morph more thanks to the guage and the slightly longer barrel.

It has a plastic quick attachment

Not my picture found with google [disregard the valcro strap. It is not include with road morph. Just the plastic "multi-position" snap-in mounting bracket]

I ordered one a few weeks ago and have been anxiously waiting for it since it was backordered (when I ordered it it said a week, but that shipment was delayed). It was supposed to come today, but didn't.

When I checked the UPS tracking number I find out it's being delayed due to a train derailment in NJ. I didn't even know their system had that as an option! Now I hope it didn't get destroyed in transit. Good news is that my folding pedals came :)

The Turbo Morph has a digital guage on it. It's very nice. It doubles as a floor pump at minimal size.
