Seat height
Whats a good rule of thumb for seat height? Ive rode with it low enough for my feet to almost be flat on the groundwhile sitting still. It was good when I was resting, but it tired my legs fast. I then raised it to where my legs were almost fully straight when the pedal was all the way down and it gave me better leg power as I was able to use a full leg push and range of movement and didnt tire as fast. I could also stand up if needed and be off the seat. But I was on my tip toes when stopped and was real uncomfortable. I think my bike is just to big for me. But if not whats a good rule to follow?

Always set your seat height so that, while seated, your leg is almost completely straight with your heel on the pedal, and the pedal at the 6 o'clock position. Don't worry about not being able to touch the ground while seated, or being on your tiptoes. If it bothers you that much while you are stopped, then just get out of the saddle and stand in front of it.
