Alright you perverts get your minds out of the gutter, it's not what you think.
I passed a tom or male turkey & his harem of hens on the MUP today on my ride. The lucky devil, must be nice to have that many women hot for you. Turkey's are not uncommon in this area. But this is the first time I have seen them along the trail.
Other wildlife I have seen include rabbits, deer, the American Bald Eagle, turkey vultures, fish jumping out of the water (the trail is along the river), ground hogs & gophers.
How about in your area? What urban wildlife is there to see?

Deer, beaver, muskrat, but none reliable. A couple of bald eagles in the winter. Grey fox one time.

See all sorts of critters here. Over the past while I have seen red tailed hawks, a massive turkey vulture that lifted off right in front of me, fox, rabbits, ground hogs and deer. I also see lots of birds like blue jays, cardinals etc etc.

Just the other day i had a yearling deer CHASING me on my bike. This was very creapy because deer are supposed to run AWAY from you. I have no idea why it was chasing me, but I can assure you that I was hauling some serious butt trying to get away from it. I might add that it was pretty small but still it was scary. This was the second time i've had that happen. Last winter an older deer turned and ran straight towards me but that was after he tried to go though a yard and got trapped, he was in panic mode.
I like seeing wildlife in the earling morning hours. What i don't like is NOT seeing it. Soon it will be dark in the early morning hours here again. Hearing deer and other varmints running along side you when you can't see them is scary!
