What I want to know is where you have to go to get a grant to perform studies like this.

Yes some people hold that position but thanks Lord they are a minority. Empirical evidence shows that the benfits outweigh the cons.

I'm pretty sure wearing some guy named "Helmut" would be unsafe for at least one party.
I'm quite the believer in helmets, however.
